Joel was instrumental in helping us with our final color pallet as I was a bit indecisive. He was on site everyday checking in with his crew and ensuring we were happy with the work and progress. their crew. They worked very hard with smiles on their faces. I could hear them laughing, which made me laugh. The clean-up was excellent. Bruce at TruPro Roofing and his team were awesome. I started not to answer the door when he came by, but I’m glad I did. Bruce was very professional and patient. He was with
me every step of the way through the claims process with the insurance company. Initially my insurance company only seen $600 of repair work, which was well below my deductible. But once Bruce took detail pictures, showing all the hail damage and submitted it to the insurance company. Then and only then, were we granted a full roof replacement. The roofers came out and completed the job in one day. The haul off, and the cleanup was exceptional.
I almost never write reviews however, TruPro is worth the time. I can’t tell you how excited we were on how things turned out. I have a beautiful roof now thanks to Bruce.

So many great things to say about trupro!! Damage from hurricane beryl was my first experience with homeowners insurance. I was 5 days in before filing a claim, trupro was
still able to fit me in to getting estimates. BRUCE came out the same day as my adjuster. THEY WORKED together to evaluate all the damage seen. He continued to work with my insurance directly during the entire process. I found that to be most helpful! He and the site manager; Joel worked very hard to get the best work for a reasonable cost. Directly communicating to my insurer especially when I felt I was not getting through to them! I had roof damage. Steal fence damage. Retention wall damage, and deck damage. Trupro handled all of it. Joel answered my questions,addressed my concerns and spoke to me with such sincerity, any time I called they responded in timely manor. I felt confidence in the entire company!! With so many other clients to work for post hurricane, the project took more time then I thought, but . Joel and Bruce kept me informed on each phase of work. The final outcome is wonderful.
